Sarah Linley Clingman CELA

Sarah L Clingman is a certified specialist in elder law, an area of practice encompassing estate planning and administration, special needs planning and probate court actions. Elder law sometimes involves trust administration and fiduciary services as well.

Ms. Clingman is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the SC Bar Elder Law Committee and Probate, Trusts and Estates Section. She serves on the SC Bar Probate Code Revision Committee. She is admitted to practice in all South Carolina and Maryland state and federal courts and is one of only five attorneys in South Carolina to earn the CELA designation from the National Elder Law Foundation.

Ms. Clingman looks for creative and cost effective methods of assisting clients. She is also a certified SC Circuit Court Mediator and a volunteer Guardian ad Litem and offers pro bono services through the SC Bar. Sarah also serves on the boards of several local non-profit organizations.
