FRANCHELLE C. MILLENDER is recognized as a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and has been in private practice in Columbia, SC, since 1977. Her primary practice is Elder Law, including long term care planning, estate planning, special needs planning, probate, and real estate matters. She received both her undergraduate and law degrees from The University of South Carolina. She is a member of the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar, and Richland County Bar Association and served as chairman of the SC Bar Elder Law Committee from its inception until July, 2006. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and its Council of Advanced Practitioners. She has served on the NAELA Board of Directors since 2009. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

Andy was admitted to the Bar in 2006 and joined the firm in 2007. He graduated cum laude from Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He has practiced primarily in the estate administration and conservatorship areas and is expanding his scope into estate planning and long-term care planning. Andy is a member of the South Carolina Bar and presently serves on its Elder Law Committee. He is a member of the Richland County Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the South Carolina Chapter of NAELA. |
