FRANCHELLE C. MILLENDER is recognized as a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and has been in private practice in Columbia, SC, since 1977. Her primary practice is Elder Law, including long term care planning, estate planning, special needs planning, probate, and real estate matters. She received both her undergraduate and law degrees from The University of South Carolina. She is a member of the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, and Richland County Bar Association and served as chairman of the SC Bar Elder Law Committee from its inception until July, 2006. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Counsel of Advanced Practitioners.
